That’s where you come in.\nWe need a hands-on expert who will bridge the gap between business and technical teams. By bringing our metadata and business glossary into a shared, transparent environment, formalizing business rules, and simplifying workflows, you will turn complex data into a trusted foundation for future data products and automated solutions.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nManage and configure our data catalogue as the primary superuser, ensuring workflows, and taxonomy structures support daily operational and governance requirements.\n\nExpand and align our business glossary at the group level, formalising business terms, critical data elements, and business rules alongside data owners and Data Stewards.\n\nLead the consolidation and migration of technical and business metadata into the central data catalogue, establishing clear metadata associations, business mappings, and an intuitive user experience.\n\nCollaborate with platform engineers to define technical requirements for catalogue enhancements, map data flows, and automate end-to-end data lineage and metadata ingestion.\n\nRefine our stewardship workflows, identifying process bottlenecks and exploring opportunities to automate metadata curation and routine tasks using AI.\n\nDeliver targeted training sessions and practical documentation to support Data Owners and Stewards, and business stakeholders across the organisation.\n\nEstablish the groundwork for mature data governance practices, including data contracts, data quality monitoring, and data products.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nAt least one year of hands-on experience actively administering, configuring, or managing an enterprise data catalogue or metadata management platform.\n\nProven track record in formalising business glossaries, documenting critical data elements, and establishing clear business rules.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL for querying, data profiling, and verifying metadata.\n\nAbility to translate data governance policies into functional tool configurations, stewardship workflows, and clear technical requirements.\n\nConfident communication and presentation skills, with the willingness to train and advise stakeholders across technical and business domains.\n\nYou already reside in Estonia as we don't offer relocation for this role.\n\nExperience with automated metadata harvesting, REST APIs, or bulk metadata updates is a strong advantage.\n\nPrior exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks or financial sector data environments is a distinct plus.\n\nProficiency in Estonian language is preferred.\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE\nBuild something that lasts long after you've moved on.\n\nWork with ambitious colleagues who value innovation and move fast.\n\nEnjoy the freedom to experiment and the ownership to build real impact.\n\nGrow professionally and personally through meaningful opportunities.\n\nTHE FUTURE WE'RE BUILDING\nBanking has been ugly, slow and impersonal for too long.
