You’ll own two sides of the same mission: driving execution quality so every liquidity source behaves as intended and transaction success rates meet our standards, and leading how we add new liquidity sources and ecosystems to grow the product’s reach.\nYou’ll work closely with our Expansion team, partnering hand in hand with the tech lead to turn complex technical and business needs into clear, well-scoped work for engineering. You’ll also manage relationships with external partners like decentralised exchanges, and collaborate across BD, QA, and Data to keep the product reliable and improving.\nThe role reports to our Product Lead and sits within a small, focused product team.\nPlease note: This role is remote within Europe. Your application will not be considered otherwise.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn execution quality for our aggregation product, defining what good looks like and driving the monitoring, metrics, and features that get us there\n\nLead the onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems end to end, from identifying opportunities to driving them to launch\n\nWork hand in hand with the Expansion tech lead to translate business and technical needs into well-defined tickets and specs for engineering\n\nMonitor API behaviour and the performance of our tools, catching issues before they reach partners and users\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with third parties, including decentralised exchanges and other liquidity partners\n\nCollaborate closely with BD, QA, and Data to align on priorities, surface issues, and feed improvements back into the product\n\nWhat makes a good candidate\nIdeally 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in a technical product environment\n\nBlockchain experience is a must: ideally coming from a blockchain company so you can hit the ground running on how the ecosystem works\n\nStrong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and translate findings into product decisions\n\nExcellent communicator, confident talking to external partners like decentralised exchanges and able to translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions\n\nStrong attention to detail: you notice when something is off and dig into it\n\nAI literate: you actively use AI tools in your workflow and understand how to apply them to product work\n\nCollaborative mindset, strong organisational skills, and a process-oriented approach to work\n\nNice to have\nTrack record of working on data products\n\nExperience monitoring API performance or working on execution quality in a technical product\n\nFamiliarity with aggregation, routing, or liquidity-related products in crypto or fintech\n\nWe encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!\nCompany culture\nEmbracing the differences\nEmbrace your own differences\n\nRespect and welcome the unique qualities of others\n\nSee others’ differences as an opportunity to grow\n\nOwn it, do it\nOwn tasks end-to-end\n\nHold yourself to a high bar for execution\n\nMake bold decisions, and be accountable\n\nUnderstand your limitations and seek for help\n\nFail forward\nTry - don’t be afraid to fail\n\nLearn - don’t make the same mistake twice\n\nAdapt - grow with the experience\n\nHave fun together\nTake the time to get to know and understand each other better\n\nDon’t take yourself too seriously and keep it light-hearted\n\nFun should be coming from a place of love and respect\n\nWhat you’ll get\nAnnual company offsites - we've explored Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and Greece together.
