Guided by Humility, Entrepreneurship and Family, we focus on commercial performance that respects people and the environment.\nWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Supply Chain Applications& Data Collaboration) with deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, data collaboration platforms, and scalable solution design to join our IT team.\nWhy this role matters\nThis is a Senior Manager-grade individual contributor role responsible for leading business analysis, solution design, and product ownership for in-house applications supporting supply chain and sourcing operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal development teams, and external vendors, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, practical, and well-governed solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data collaboration, and business performance.\nIn addition to supporting business growth, you will play an important role in driving process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, helping the organization identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and unlock greater value from data and technology.\nHere is what you need to know about this role:\nTechnical Collaboration & Delivery Execution\nWork closely with developers, technical leads, and external vendors to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and effectively delivered\n\nServe as the primary functional and technical bridge between business users and development teams, translating business requirements into practical system solutions\n\nReview system logic across database, backend processing, and user interface layers\n\nBe comfortable discussing solution design, data models, integration architecture, APIs, database structures, and technical trade-offs with developers and technical leads\n\nStrong technical expertise in SQL and enterprise application architecture is required. Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Node.js, JavaScript is highly preferred\n\nCoordinate UAT, support issue prioritization, and ensure delivery meets agreed business outcomes\n\nTrack delivery progress and support production stability and issue resolution\n\nProduct Ownership & Platform Accountability\nAct as Product Owner for internal platforms, including order management system and Data Collaboration project\n\nManage product backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness\n\nOversee system lifecycle, including enhancements, bug fixes, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance\n\nBusiness Analysis, Solution Design & Continuous Improvement\nLead end-to-end business requirement analysis across supply chain and sourcing workflows\n\nTranslate business needs into scalable system solutions through user stories, process flows, and functional specifications\n\nDrive improvements in workflow efficiency, process automation, and data visibility, including AI-enabled use cases where relevant\n\nEnsure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities\n\nStakeholder Management & Business-Technology Bridging\nServe as the key interface between Customer Success Management and Application Development teams\n\nPartner with business users to understand pain points, define priorities, and propose effective solutions\n\nFacilitate discussions, resolve requirement gaps, and drive alignment across stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle\n\nRequirements:\nDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline\n\n8+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, solution delivery, or a related role supporting enterprise applications\n\nSolid experience in supply chain operations, particularly within apparel, sourcing, or retail environments, including order management and invoicing processes\n\nHands-on exposure to enterprise technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, MongoDB, Node.js, or JavaScript.\n\nProven track record working across business stakeholders, technical teams and external development vendors to deliver system solutions\n\nStrong knowledge of Agile delivery practices (e.g. backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance support)\n\nAbility to produce clear and structured documentation (e.g. business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications)\n\nEffective stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities\n\nComfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with strong ownership and the ability to work independently\n\nFluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage\n\nInterest in process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions preferred\n\nDemonstrated interest in process improvement, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions, with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities to apply emerging technologies to business processes\n\nCuriosity and learning agility to explore emerging technologies and translate them into practical business applications\n\nIf this sounds like you, Apply Now!
