Reporting to the Director of IT and Information Security, this role works closely with business stakeholders and internal technology teams to support the effective use, stability, security, and ongoing improvement of the Salesforce platform.\nThe Salesforce Administrator translates approved business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, with responsibilities spanning platform configuration, declarative automation, data management, reporting, user support, and release coordination. The role also partners with IT, Information Security, developers, and application owners to support integrations, access management, platform security, and troubleshooting.\nThis position requires a strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration, sound technical judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering reliable solutions that support business operations. The Administrator will also contribute to documentation, user enablement, and continuous improvement of the platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nAdminister user licenses, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups in coordination with IT.\nConfigure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and settings to meet approved business requirements.\nGather and document stakeholder requirements, assess impacts, and coordinate testing and business approval.\nResolve Salesforce support requests, troubleshoot issues, and promote user adoption.\nCollaborate with the internal Salesforce governance team to prioritize requests and enhancements for the corporate org.\nProvide user training and maintain training materials, configuration documentation, and operational procedures.\nMaintain data quality through validation rules, duplicate management, and controlled data imports, exports, and cleanup.\nCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.\nMonitor org health, manage sandboxes, and coordinate testing and deployment of platform releases, configuration changes, and managed-package updates.\nMaintain Salesforce-side integration configurations and troubleshoot synchronization issues in collaboration with IT, developers, and vendors.\nDesign, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flow automations; coordinate custom-code changes with developers.\nMaintain Salesforce security settings and access controls, including permissions and sharing rules; assist with access reviews, monitoring, and audit requirements in coordination with IT and Information Security.\nMonitor storage, API usage, and license consumption, including Experience Cloud login allocations.\nSupport Salesforce backup and recovery procedures and maintain documentation for operational continuity.\nSupport AI readiness through data quality improvements, access reviews, and evaluation of approved AI capabilities.\nMonitor consumption-based feature usage and costs, report utilization, and identify opportunities for optimization within approved budgets.\nPosition Requirements: \nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant professional experience.\n4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including configuration, Flow, data management, reporting, and release management.\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce security, access controls, monitoring, and audit capabilities.\nExperience troubleshooting integrations and collaborating with IT, developers, and vendors.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document solutions and train users.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and build effective stakeholder relationships.\nSalesforce Administrator certification, familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities, and higher-education experience preferred.\nDemonstrated integrity, accountability, and alignment with Liaison’s core values.\nThe base salary range for this role is listed below.
