solutions and implementation strategies.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry best practices.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 6-11 years of software engineering experience with significant exposure to blockchain technologies.\n\n- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, and governance models.\n\n- Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade blockchain platforms.\n\n- Proficiency in Java or Scala for enterprise application development.\n\n- Hands-on experience with at least one smart contract or blockchain scripting language such as Solidity, Rust, Go, Move, or Chaincode.\n\n- Experience with enterprise blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Quorum, Corda, or similar.\n\n- Strong understanding of cryptography, digital signatures, public/private key infrastructure (PKI), and blockchain security principles.\n\n- Experience integrating blockchain applications
