Profile :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek PAS across DCT components.\n\n- Strong experience with Duck Creek Author, Server, and Express.\n\n- Good understanding of P&C Insurance, including underwriting, rating, insurance rules, forms, and policy administration.\n\n- Experience in design, configuration, development, and unit testing of Duck Creek applications.\n\n- Proven experience in L2 production support for Duck Creek Policy applications.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.\n\n- Ability to analyze production issues and resolve incidents,
