Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in customization, extension, development, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration services. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions while ensuring security, performance, and effective application lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, customize, develop, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and configure Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps using Power Platform.
- Design and implement business workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
- Develop custom CRM functionality using C#, Plugins, JavaScript, and PCF Controls.
- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and enterprise applications.
- Build and support integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design and implement appropriate Dynamics 365 solution architecture, security models, and access controls.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, processes, workflows, and other Dynamics 365 components.
- Develop reusable components and extensions following Microsoft development and architecture best practices.
- Perform application performance analysis and implement performance optimization across Dynamics 365 and associated integrations.
- Manage ALM activities including solutions, environments, deployments, versioning, and release management.
- Develop unit and integration tests and support SIT/UAT and production releases.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integration, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers where required.
- Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, customizations, integrations, security, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 - 11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.
- Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong development experience in C#, Dynamics 365 Plugins, JavaScript, and PCF Controls.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, security model, and role-based access controls.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, troubleshooting, and application scalability.
- Good understanding of ALM, solution management, environment strategy, and deployment processes.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, and release management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
