The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing scalable CRM solutions while ensuring security, performance, and effective application lifecycle management.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, customize, develop, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions based on business requirements.\n\n- Develop and configure Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps using Power Platform.\n\n- Design and implement business workflows and process automation using Power Automate.\n\n- Develop custom CRM functionality using C#, Plugins, JavaScript, and PCF Controls.\n\n- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and enterprise applications.\n\n- Build and support integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.\n\n- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.\n\n- Design and implement appropriate Dynamics 365 solution architecture, security models, and access controls.\n\n- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, business rules, processes, workflows, and other Dynamics 365 components.\n\n- Develop reusable components and extensions following Microsoft development and architecture best practices.\n\n- Perform application performance analysis and implement performance optimization across Dynamics 365 and associated integrations.\n\n- Manage ALM activities including solutions, environments, deployments, versioning, and release management.\n\n- Develop unit and integration tests and support SIT/UAT and production releases.\n\n- Troubleshoot Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integration, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.\n\n- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers where required.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, customizations, integrations, security, and deployment processes.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 6 -
