The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, Temenos Open Connectivity Framework (TOCF), and strong knowledge of TAFJ/TAFC, middleware, MQ, and COB/batch processing.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos T24/Transact applications and interfaces.\n\n- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of T24 interface, integration, batch, and production issues within agreed SLAs.\n\n- Work on local customization and enhancements based on business requirements.\n\n- Design, develop, configure, and support T24 interfaces using Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, and Temenos Open Connectivity Framework (TOCF).\n\n- Work with T24 components including Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Interfaces, Browser, Multi-threading, TAFC, and TAFJ.\n\n- Support integration between T24 and external/enterprise applications using appropriate interface and messaging mechanisms.\n\n- Troubleshoot middleware and integration components including JBoss, WebSphere, and IBM MQ.\n\n- Support COB and batch processing, including scheduling, monitoring, failure analysis, and issue resolution.\n\n- Analyze application logs, interface failures, batch issues, and system errors to identify root causes.\n\n- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, testing, and business teams for issue resolution.\n\n- Provide technical support during SIT and UAT, including defect analysis, fixes, retesting, and deployment support.\n\n- Support releases, deployments, production changes, and post-deployment validation.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n- Guide junior team members on T24 support, interfaces, troubleshooting, and best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 5 - 9 years of experience in T24/Temenos Transact, with strong experience in interface support and production support.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with T24 local customization and production issue resolution.\n\n- Detailed understanding of T24 architecture and core components.\n\n- Strong experience with T24 Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, and Temenos Open Connectivity Framework (TOCF).\n\n- Strong knowledge of TAFJ and TAFC.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Interfaces, Browser, and Multi-threading.\n\n- Strong understanding of COB and batch processing.\n\n- Good knowledge of JBoss, WebSphere, and IBM MQ in T24 environments.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting T24 application, interface, middleware, and batch-processing issues.\n\n- Experience supporting SIT/UAT and production releases.\n\n- Good understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.\n\n- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience handling critical production incidents.\n\n- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to coordinate across technical, business, and vendor teams in a production environment.\n\nSkills\nT24, Technical Support, Production Support, Temenos, Temenos Transact, System Configuration, JBOSS, WebSphere, Middleware","description_format":"text","description_chars":3397,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T14:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":61,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":0.85,"p_active":0.802,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":14,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:14","velocity","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/lib-cap-infotech-solutions-t24-interface-support-lead","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/lib-cap-infotech-solutions-t24-interface-support-lead.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T00:44:12Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":435,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4565,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
