The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more reconciliation tools such as Intellimatch, DUCO, Frontier, SmartStream, CTC, or TLM, along with a strong understanding of financial reconciliation workflows and automation.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and implement new reconciliation features and solutions based on business and technical requirements.\n\n- Build, configure, and maintain reconciliation processes using enterprise reconciliation platforms.\n\n- Develop and optimize automated reconciliation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and processing times.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into reconciliation rules, workflows, and technical solutions.\n\n- Work with financial data from multiple source systems and perform reconciliation, matching, exception handling, and break management.\n\n- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Automate repetitive reconciliation and operational processes using scripting and other automation techniques.\n\n- Investigate reconciliation breaks, data discrepancies, and processing issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Optimize reconciliation processes and database queries for improved performance and scalability.\n\n- Support testing, deployment, production releases, and post-production issue resolution.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, finance users, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand reconciliation requirements.\n\n- Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering reconciliation processes, configurations, workflows, and support procedures.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial reconciliation operations.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 3 - 8 years of experience in TLM, financial reconciliation, reconciliation technology, or related development roles.\n\n- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes, including transaction matching, exception management, breaks, and settlement-related reconciliation.\n\n- Hands-on experience with one or more reconciliation platforms such as Intellimatch, DUCO, Frontier, SmartStream, CTC, or TLM.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, data validation, and performance tuning.\n\n- Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, PowerShell, or equivalent.\n\n- Experience designing and implementing reconciliation rules, workflows, and automated processes.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for reconciliation breaks and data issues.\n\n- Good understanding of financial data, transaction flows, and reconciliation controls.\n\n- Experience with application testing, deployment, production support, and incident resolution.\n\n- Ability to work closely with business, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nSkills\nTLM, TLM2.0, SQL, Scripting, IntelliMatch, Duco, SQL Server, PowerShell, Python","description_format":"text","description_chars":3285,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T14:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":57,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.764,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":12,"expected_fill_days":18,"reasons":["seen:12","velocity","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/lib-cap-infotech-solutions-tlmreconciliation-developer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/lib-cap-infotech-solutions-tlmreconciliation-developer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T09:10:04Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":10,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4990,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
