We exist to build the products and automation that will drive Liberis’ exponential growth in the embedded finance market. We are collaborative (with each other, and with our users), and we value moving fast by fixing things.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nJoining our Mumbai team of 7, you will be a key part of our Engineering Team working on real world problems, seeing the impact your work has on a daily basis through:\nUsing continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end users as early as possible\nWorking in collaborative, customer obsessed teams to build fantastic experiences for internal and external users\nContributing to our distributed, global architecture while defending our quality and performance requirements.\nBuilding and running software, exemplifying DevOps culture.\nTaking part in our entire software lifecycle, from ideation, to building, to maintenance, to collecting feedback and improving.\nMentoring junior engineers.\nThe interview process:\nScreening call with Chess (Internal Recruiter)\nVideo interview with Prashant (Hiring Manager) \nCode pairing session with a member of the Engineering Team\nInterview with wider Liberis colleagues\nWhat we think you need:\nProfessional experience writing code in two or more programming languages and a willingness to learn our tech stack - mostly C# .net, NextJs, React, GCP.\nAn understanding of working with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum.\nExperience mentoring more junior team members.\nMultiple years of experience in an environment that is in some way similar to ours.\nResilience in early stage business situations, where requirements are evolving and experimentation is required.\nBonus points Experience building data heavy products e.g. ETL pipelines, event streamlining, or data mesh approaches.\nBonus points if you have experience of cloud technologies (we mostly use Azure & GCP); experience using highly collaborative methods such as ensemble, mob, or pair programming; experience writing financial software; or experience with Test Driven Development\nLiberis is an equal opportunities employer.
