The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software releases meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability.\nMain Responsibilities\nCreate and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.\nIdentify and document test scenarios, edge cases, and potential risks.\nExecute manual tests on various software applications, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nIdentify, record, and document defects, and track their status through resolution.\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for recurring testing tasks.\nWork with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand software features and functionality.\nParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment on testing requirements and progress.\nReport, track, and prioritize defects in defect-tracking tools.\nVerify fixes and ensure that defects are resolved in a timely manner.\nMaintain comprehensive test documentation, including test results and coverage reports.\nProvide detailed feedback and status updates to the team on testing progress and findings.\nActively contribute to improving QA processes, methodologies, and tools.\nStay up to date with the latest testing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance testing efficiency.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.\nFamiliarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).\nStrong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).\nExperience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).\nFamiliarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nBenefits\n24 working days of annual leave\nComprehensive Global Medical Insurance Plan, with coverage for the employee and their immediate family from day one\nHybrid model: 3 days office, 2 days home\nFlexible hours: 08:00 - 09:30 start, 17:00 - 18:30 finish\nUdemy Business unlimited membership\nCompany discount card with access to various goods and services\nCorporate events and team building activities\nProfessional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment\nLibertex Europe is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
