Description ***This is a range position from Associate Program Manager (grade 16) to Program Manager (grade 17) based on candidate capabilities and experience*** The GRS North America Underwriting Learning Team is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager who will serve as the end-to-end manager of learning programs. This role combines program management, instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement to manage the full program lifecycle, from learning needs analysis and measurement planning, through content design and development, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business priorities. Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of operating independently, taking initiative, and engaging with stakeholders with confidence and credibility. This position may require virtual or in-person delivery of training, typically in Boston, MA, Plano, TX, Seattle, WA, or other designated locations, depending on business needs.
