Description
We're looking for a strategic Program Manager to support Comparion's field partnership program (comparion advantage program)- a growing program that connects agents with key external partners to drive new business across the country. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end operation: supporting strategy, reviewing partner compensation, enforcing performance metrics, and enabling the field to maximize referral quality and production. Leads and manages the implementation, and management of the Comparion Advantage Program (CAP) - Comparion's field partnership program spanning six partnership types: Dealerships, Employer Groups, Regional Referrals, Real Estate Professionals, Associations, and National Partnerships. Provides project management support, consultation, and program management to field partners, agents, and regional leadership across the countrywide organization. Delivering services to business partners by leveraging resources; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; paying and resolving partner payment and enrollment issues; completing partner audits; identifying trends in partnership quality and conversion; determining system improvements (including CRM/Salesforce and Power BI); and implementing change.

Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years` experience working in project or program management
- Knowledge of business functions, operations, objectives and strategies
- Project management skills, to include planning and execution; ability to assume role as project lead; lead projects within aggressive timeframes
- Consulting and influencing skills to bring multiple stakeholders to agreement and advocacy
- Ability to get work done through others, communicate effectively, plan/organize work, analyze and solve problems and focus on the larger picture
