Working closely with business partners, product teams, architects, data teams, and engineering organizations, you will translate business objectives into solution designs that are secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nIn this role, you will lead solution architecture efforts across multiple initiatives, drive technical discovery and planning, identify dependencies and integration requirements, and guide delivery teams through complex implementation decisions. You will leverage deep technical expertise to evaluate tradeoffs, reduce delivery risk, and ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence.\nSuccess in this role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to influence across organizational boundaries, and experience communicating technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executive stakeholders. Candidates who will require future sponsorship, including CPT/OPT/STEM OPT candidates, are not eligible to apply.\nQualifications\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in solution engineering, software engineering, solution architecture, or related technology roles.\nDemonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native technology solutions that support complex business capabilities.\nProven success leading technical solution design, dependency management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments, including planning, backlog refinement, roadmap development, and execution coordination.\nStrong understanding of enterprise technology strategy, business operations, and financial services industry practices.\nTechnical Expertise\nExperience designing and delivering cloud-hosted solutions on AWS, including serverless, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures.\nStrong knowledge of AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.\nProficiency in modern application development technologies including Java, Python, and API-driven integrations.\nExperience designing REST APIs, event-based integrations, contract-first interfaces, and distributed systems.\nKnowledge of relational and non-relational databases, data integration patterns, and cloud-scale data architectures.\nUnderstanding of enterprise security principles including authentication, authorization, IAM, encryption, secrets management, and secure software delivery practices.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and operational monitoring.\nSolution Leadership\nExceptional ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable technology solutions.\nStrong solution architecture and systems-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend the best approach.\nExperience facilitating technical discussions, driving alignment across stakeholders, and influencing solution direction without direct authority.\nAbility to identify risks, dependencies, and architectural constraints early and develop mitigation strategies.\nStrong communication skills with experience presenting technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nProven ability to mentor team members and promote engineering and architecture best practices.\nAI Fluency\nActively uses AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of work.\nDemonstrates practical application of AI capabilities in solution design, analysis, engineering, delivery, or operational processes.\nCritically evaluates and validates AI-generated output and applies AI responsibly.\nProtects confidential and customer information while leveraging AI technologies.\nExperience incorporating generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled engineering practices into business or technology solutions is highly desirable.\nEducation\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience\nEmployees may apply for a new role after completing 12 months of employment in their current position.\nEmployees should review all role requirements and apply only for positions for which they are eligible.
