Ensuring the accessibility of our platforms in a secure and reliable way, is critical to successful implementation.\nAzure Dev Ops and State Auto will need to be migrated into our existing platform architecture in a thoughtful manner.\nTransitioning the secrets platform into this space, it is critical to ensure we are protecting the design and thought patterns we have implemented for our organization. \nDefine and recommend integration approaches leveraging APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and shared services.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify integrations and reduce technical debt.\nSecurity Champion\nCollaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security requirements, and our platforms are staying secure.\nHelp with the strategy to ensure teams are adopting approved identity, access management, secrets management, encryption, observability, and vulnerability management solutions.\nDrive security-by-design principles throughout the migration and integration lifecycle.\nTrusted Advisor\nConsult with product, engineering, and platform teams on strategic planning, dependency management, and implementation strategies.\nFacilitate technical decision-making across multiple stakeholders and organizations.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and architects.\nForward Thinker\nEvaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve integration effectiveness.\nIdentify automation opportunities that improve reliability, efficiency, and developer experience.\nPromote AI-enabled engineering practices where appropriate to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.\nQualifications\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, solution architecture, integration engineering, or related technical roles.\nExperience leading complex application migration, modernization, or transformation initiatives.\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native architectural patterns.\nExperience designing and implementing API-based, event-driven, and microservices architectures.\nKnowledge of enterprise integration technologies, middleware platforms, and messaging solutions.\nStrong understanding of application security, identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and secure software development practices.\nExperience collaborating with cybersecurity and governance organizations to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and business audiences.\nStrong facilitation, influence, consensus-building, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working within Agile product delivery organizations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migration programs.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, platform engineering, and DevSecOps practices.\nExperience integrating applications with enterprise security, observability, and operational tooling platforms.\nKnowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, API Gateway, identity providers, and enterprise messaging platforms.\nExperience establishing architectural standards, reusable patterns, and technical governance processes.\nAI Fluency\nAI tools actively use to improve the speed, quality, and scale of work; can demonstrate practical use cases where AI accelerates engineering and solution design activities; critically evaluates AI-generated outputs; and applies AI responsibly while protecting confidential and customer data.\nEducation\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
