We’re excited to grow our Account Management team with individuals who can deliver expert support and personalized service-acting as the dedicated point of contact for assigned pharmacy clients.\nPlease Note:\nThis is a non-sales, in-person, role based in our Grapevine, TX office.\nWhat You'll Do:\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts, including owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks\nServe as the dedicated point of contact for inbound calls, emails, chats, and escalated tickets from assigned accounts\nDiagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed\nAccurately document all interactions and actions in tracking software\nProvide guidance to configure software and computer settings to meet each client’s unique needs\nEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions by collaborating with internal teams\nCommunicate clearly with clients about ticket status, purchases, and requests\nAssist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed\nBecome an expert on Liberty’s software suite to guide clients in best practices\nProvide onsite and web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software as needed\nParticipate in occasional on-call rotation or overtime work when assigned\nQualifications:\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience required (customer service, retail pharmacy, technical support, or similar)\nPharmacy Technician certification and retail pharmacy knowledge a plus\nBachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field preferred\nProfessional, friendly, and patient demeanor essential\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage all client levels-from pharmacy owners to clerks\nStrong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills\nDetail-oriented with strong typing and documentation abilities\nExcellent listening and critical thinking skills\nExperience with Liberty Software products is a plus\nSolid basic computer skills and proven ability to quickly master new software applications\nBenefits Starting Day One:\n100% employer-paid medical and life insurance for employees, with optional dental and vision coverage at no cost\nFamily coverage available with Liberty contributing 50% of the premium\nFully vested 401(k) with employer match \nEmployer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA)\nGenerouspaid time off and paid holidays\nTuition reimbursement and continuing education support\nAdoption expense reimbursement\nDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for tax savings on childcare\nConfidential counseling resources for mental health, financial planning, and more, via Optum EAP\nFully stocked breakroom\nThink you’ve got what it takes to build lasting client relationships and deliver expert solutions?
