Do:\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment\nOversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization\nConduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices\nFoster continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and career growth opportunities\nGuide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs\nCollaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines\nDrive architectural decisions, technical innovation, and maintain the overall technical health of the platform\nManage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards are met\nImplement and optimize software development processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability\nIdentify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity\n Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role\nStrong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)\nExperience with modern web development frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React of Blazor)\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices a plus\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban\nProficiency with Git version control and development workflows\nStrong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to
