internationally for short-term assignments as required to support project delivery\nRequired competencies and certifications\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field\nMinimum 3 years of software development experience and at least 1 year of project management experience\nHands-on experience in Java or .NET software development projects\nFamiliarity with at least one major database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or Redis\nProficiency in Agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning and progress tracking\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration and issue resolution\nFluent English communication skills for business purposes\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nPMP or Agile project management certification\nExperience managing international projects or cross-cultural teams\nProficiency in Mandarin as an advantage for enhanced communication with certain clients or
