WITHIN CANADA OR US\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDeliver implementation and training services, both onsite and remotely, including software configuration and user training.\nAnalyze customers’ operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and solution alignment.\nLead customers through the full implementation lifecycle from project kickoff and requirement gathering to configuration, training, and go-live.\nCollect, document, and validate project requirements to ensure successful solution delivery.\nTranslate client business needs into process improvements and technical solutions, including complex software configurations and customizations.\nPrepare and submit project progress reports in accordance with organizational standards.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, efficient deployment, and effective user adoption.\nCollaborate with the sales team during pre-sales activities to identify and understand client requirements.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans outlining timelines, dependencies, required resources, and scope.\n Travel20% (average)\n We are looking for candidates with:Technical skill set\nStrong analytical skills (in depth troubleshooting skills)\nCommunicate technical information to non-technical users\nSimultaneously manage various tasks and projects effectively and proactively\nBasic database knowledge (mainly Microsoft SQL server and IBM DB2) including the ability to run and build SQL queries\nGood basic knowledge of current MS & IBM Power operating systemsBasic networking knowledge is highly recommended\nFTP and remote desktop usage experience would be advantageous\n\nBasic hardware knowledge of PC’s, servers and scanner\nCommunication skill setAbility to document/outline issues and requests in writing including all technical aspects\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to follow through the troubleshooting process from start to finish including clear, frequent and effective communications to customers as well as internal stakeholders\nCharacter trait set:Team player\nUpbeat & positive attitude towards coworkers and customers\nStrong will to learn and grow\nProactive\nWell spoken\n Industry / Production Experience (advantageous, but not mandatory)Windows/Fenestration industry background\nCabinetry/Furniture industry background\nProduction driven environment\nERP/PPS systems (support and ideally configuration)\nKnowledge of Frontier or similar ERP systems is a significant advantage.\n Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in a computer science (or similar education) or, alternatively, several years of IT-related and field work on-site experience (mandatory)\nWorking with DB2 SQL queries (mandatory).\nWorking within Windows
