The right candidate will be responsible for growing and fostering attorney relationships by sharing the benefits of our technology, and the value of working with our company. The Business Development Executive will provide law firms with training, updates on new services and features, and maintaining current and future law firm relationships. This is a remote position, based in Charleston, SC and is responsible for managing territories in the surrounding areas.\nCandidates must currently reside in the Charleston area.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelops and builds relationships with attorneys and law firms\nReaches out to attorneys and sets schedule of weekly meetings\nDevelops new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the business\nEngages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind to encourage use of our technology\nResponsible for all attorney contact including follow up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs technology\nAssists and schedules plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients\nDevelop and strengthen relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and law firms across the assigned Region\nPromote and grow usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions\nGenerate and expand pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial\nSchedule and conduct weekly in-person and virtual meetings with law firms\nMaintain ongoing communication to keep Libra Solutions top-of-mind\nTrain firms on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions\nAssist with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow-up needs\nMaintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systems\nCollaborate internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams\nRequirements\nHigh School or GED required\nJD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus\nParalegal, legal, account management, outside sales experience a plus\nExperience working with attorneys or other professionals a plus\nMust currently live in the Charleston, SC area\nNo relocation considered\nPossess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation\nMust be organized, confident and passionate\n Ability to travel (60% travel/ 40% remote office)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills that drive success\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and Outlook\nBenefits\nWe believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people.
