And through Probate Advance, we enable heirs to access their inheritance without waiting through the lengthy probate process.\nTogether, under the Libra Solutions banner, we support a nationwide network of more than 45,000 attorneys and 10,000 healthcare providers - creating a powerful platform to deliver faster, more seamless outcomes for our customers.\nThe Quality Control Analyst is responsible for conducting independent quality control reviews of company accounts to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and adherence of underwriting and operational activities to established policies, procedures, and documentation standards\nTheQuality Control Analyst performs detailed QC audits, documents findings and exceptions, identifies potential errors or process gaps, and escalates findings requiring additional review to Quality Control management. The role supports the overall effectiveness of the Quality Control program by providing accurate, consistent, and well-documented audit results.\nThis is an in-person position that can be based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, Rosemont, IL or Charlotte, NC.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform detailed quality control audits of company accounts using established QC procedures, review criteria, and audit tools.\nReview underwriting decisions, due diligence, account documentation, case information, agreements, payment terms, and other relevant account data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established requirements.\nClearly document audit results, findings, exceptions, and supporting information in designated QC tools and records.\nApply QC standards consistently and exercise sound judgment when evaluating potential errors, discrepancies, or exceptions.\nEscalate significant, unusual, or unclear findings to QC management for review and determination.\nSupport the identification of recurring errors, trends, process gaps, and potential areas of risk through observations identified during QC reviews.\nParticipate in discussions with QC management and business partners to clarify findings and promote consistent application of policies and procedures.\nAssist with the development and refinement of QC procedures, checklists, audit tools, and reviewer resources.\nSupport validation or follow-up reviews when additional review of audit findings is required.\nMaintain organized and accurate QC documentation in accordance with established recordkeeping practices.\nParticipate in system, process, or procedural changes by providing feedback from a QC and reviewer perspective.\nServe as a resource to other QC reviewers and assist with reviewer consistency and knowledge sharing, as needed.\nComplete assigned QC reviews within established timelines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.\n3+ years of experience in underwriting, quality control, auditing, operations, or a related function within consumer funding, healthcare, legal, insurance, or a similar industry. \nStrong understanding of underwriting, due diligence, documentation, and operational processes. \nKnowledge of applicable privacy, documentation, and compliance requirements. \nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and evaluate information across multiple documents and systems. \nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to apply established standards consistently while exercising appropriate judgment when unusual circumstances arise. \nStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage assigned reviews and meet established deadlines. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document and explain QC findings. \nExperience working with case management, document management, or similar operational systems. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or data-analysis tools. \nPrior experience performing quality control reviews or audits is preferred.\nBenefits\nWe believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people.
