This role is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with our attorney customers while independently executing our Balance Verification process, including handling more complex and time-sensitive requests. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to meet and exceed customer experience expectations and daily and monthly targets.\nThis position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office.\nResponsibilities:\nWorks alongside our Servicing, Customer Operations, Total Access and PreCare teams building rapport, developing and fostering relationships with our attorney clients to deliver timely and accurate balance requests and final bill packages.\nCalculates current and final balance amounts due, provides payment amounts to the attorneys, and resolves discrepancies or disputed balances with minimal supervision.\nCreates and assures the accuracy and completeness of accounts in final bill packages.\nKeeps attorneys updated on the status of their requests according to our follow-up cadence, and proactively manages a portfolio of open requests to ensure timely resolution.\nHandles incoming attorney and provider calls, emails, and tasks, and serves as an escalation point for Associates on more complex inquiries.\nRequirements\nHigh School or GED required.\n1-2 years of record retrieval, collections, sales, account management, or customer service experience required.\nBachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required. \nParalegal or legal background is a plus, but not required.\nSelf-motivated and desire to build great relationships and exceed monthly goals.\nStrong interpersonal skills; ability to handle interactions with attorneys, health providers and sales people.\nSound decision-making ability and proactive, independent problem-solving.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage professional and executive relationships, and to guide or mentor newer team members.\nDependable, professional and good work ethic.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly quotas.\nProficient in Windows system and all Microsoft Office products.\nMust be able to work in-office at our Las Vegas, NV location.\nBenefits\nWe believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people.
