Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to support informed decision-making, enhance financial performance, and contribute to the long-term success of the organisation.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights, building strong relationships, and influencing business outcomes.\nYour Key Focus:\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\nDeliver accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting through the review, reconciliation, and analysis of financial data.\n\nSupport core management accounting activities and maintain the integrity of financial information.\n\nCommercial Partnering\nPartner with Business Unit leaders and finance stakeholders to provide meaningful commercial insights, performance reporting, and decision support.\n\nContribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and business plans that drive organisational performance.\n\nBusiness Insights & Decision Support\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.\n\nIdentify risks, opportunities, trends, and performance drivers to support strategic and operational decision-making.\n\nSystems & Capability Support\nSupport and up skill business users in the effective use of financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP, B1, and Adaptive.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting capability, efficiency, and data quality.\n\nYour Key Skills & Experience:\nA relevant tertiary qualification and CA qualification (or equivalent professional membership), coupled with at least three years' experience in an accounting or commercial finance role.\n\nStrong management accounting knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance management.\n\nHighly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, challenge assumptions, and provide practical commercial recommendations.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel capability and experience working with ERP or financial systems to support reporting and analysis.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate financial information into clear, business-focused insights.\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.\n\nA collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.\n\nIn Return: \nIn addition to a competitive salary, you'll receive some great benefits including:\nExtra leave days\n\nFlexible working options\n\nDiscounted health, life, income and disability insurances\n\nAccess to our employee shares scheme\n\nWellbeing discounts\n\nFree onsite parking and free EV chargers for our team to use\n\nOur Hamilton office is located in a park-like setting, with tennis court, pool, and onsite café and social club!\n\nReady to take the next step in your finance career?
