You will work across streaming, batch processing, data infrastructure, and platform engineering while driving technical decisions and building highly reliable systems at scale.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nData Platforms: Design, build, and scale data pipelines and distributed systems supporting real-time and batch workloads.\nStreaming & Processing: Build and optimize high-throughput streaming and batch processing systems using technologies such as Kafka and Spark.\nSystem Design: Drive architecture and design decisions for scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available data systems.\nPlatform Engineering: Improve platform reliability, observability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.\nPerformance & Cost: Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in processing performance, resource utilization, and infrastructure costs.\nProduction Ownership: Own production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, lead root-cause analysis, and drive long-term reliability improvements.\nTechnical Leadership: Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with software, platform, product, and business teams.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5-8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Backend Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles.\nProven experience building and operating distributed systems and large-scale data platforms.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, streaming architectures, and batch processing.\nStrong proficiency in Python;
