This role will lead a team of SDE 2s and SDE 3s, delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. The scope of work can span across multiple business verticals including and not limited to Supply Chain, Retail or Consumer platforms. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoys solving complex problems at scale.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of engineers (SDE 2s and SDE 3s), driving technical excellence and high-quality delivery.\n\n- Own end-to-end design and development of scalable, distributed systems.\n\n- Drive architectural decisions with a strong focus on distributed architecture and system scalability.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\n- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and reliability.\n\n- Drive performance optimization initiatives and continuously improve system efficiency.\n\n- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.\n\n- Champion best practices across microservices, API design, and cloud-native architectures.\n\n- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.\n\n- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the engineering team.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- 7 -
