This position coordinates and supports individualized, family-driven services for youth with complex behavioral health, child welfare, and multi-system needs. This position leads the wraparound planning process by facilitating team meetings, developing safety and crisis plans, coordinating services across agencies and community partners, and ensuring families receive the support needed to achieve positive outcomes.\nJob Prerequisites: \nThe successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, human services, or a closely related field. Experience working with children and families facing challenges related to child welfare, behavioral health, substance use, family stability, or crisis intervention is preferred. Knowledge of community resources and service systems is highly desirable.\nAdditional qualifications include:\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively engage and work with families experiencing complex needs and challenging circumstances.\nAbility to work flexible hours.\nAbility to maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with individuals who may be upset, distressed, or in crisis.\nAbility to travel throughout the service area;
