de développement et piloter la création de socles techniques modulaires.\nEncadrer, recruter et accompagner le développement de carrière d'une équipe hybride (Web & Mobile) de 15 personnes.\nIndustrialiser les pratiques (CI/CD Bitrise, pyramides de tests automatisés, observabilité, Design System) pour sécuriser les déploiements.\nProfil recherché\nExpérience : Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle d'encadrement technique ou d'ingénierie (Lead Developer ou Engineering Manager).\nExpertise Mobile & Web : Maîtrise éprouvée des problématiques mobiles complexes (iOS/Android native, cycle de vie et publication sur les Stores, feature flipping) et de l'écosystème web moderne (TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS).\nQualité & Delivery : Solide culture Craftsmanship, maîtrise des stratégies de tests automatisés à l'échelle et expérience de l'industrialisation d'un Design System.\nSecteur : Expérience dans des environnements à fortes contraintes de charge, de sécurité et d'ergonomie (Fintech, Banque/Assurance, E-commerce à fort trafic, Grande distribution).\nSoft Skills\nPragmatisme & Delivery : Orienté solutions, mesure de la performance applicative et équilibre entre rigueur technique et vision produit.\nLeadership humain : Capacité avérée à faire monter en compétences des équipes tech et à fédérer des profils
