Let us know if you need accommodation during the recruitment process.\nIn this role, your main responsibilities are:\nOur Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.\nWorking with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:\nAnalyzing and documenting business processes.\nProviding technical advice, configuring or implementing solutions in the NetSuite ERP application, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.\nMaintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.\nCreating customizations that enhance applications, interfaces and reports.\nBuilding custom reports and KPIs.\nAttending client-facing project meetings.\nCreating and updating training manuals used for process improvements.\nAll other related tasks.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field;\nPerfectly written and spoken English and French. *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;\nSuperior verbal and written communication and presentation skills;\nAttention to detail and quality;\nComfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with pressing deadlines;\nAbility to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager;\nAbility to travel within the U.S.A. and Canada up to 50% of the time.\nNice-To-Haves:\nExperience using and administrating enterprise SaaS applications;\nExperience with NetSuite;\nExperience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES);\nKnowledge of inventory management strategies;
