Controlling & Analytics
The Controlling & Analytics department act as a trusted business partner to all areas of the business - from our store colleagues to our Board of Directors - providing timely and accurate reporting on core business KPIs such as Turnover, Margin, Stock Loss and Productivity, as well as detailed analysis and insights into key trends and performance patterns, supporting data-driven decision making at every level of the business.
Over the course of 18 months, the Controlling & Analytics graduate will rotate through the three core areas of the department: Business Insights & Analytics, Business Partnering, and Financial Controlling. This structure is designed to allow the individual to build strong analytical and commercial capabilities, while also developing essential soft skills such as effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need
- An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
- Strong analytical skills and numeracy skills
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Motivation and drive
- Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required
- Full driver’s licence is required
- German is an advantage but not a necessity
