authorities\nMonitor eligible costs, project budgets, deadlines and reporting requirements\nCoordinate grant-related audits and communication with internal and external stakeholders\nSupport applications for new funding programmes where appropriate\nSupport R&D-related funding and tax-incentive processes such as Forschungszulage\nIdentify opportunities to digitalize and simplify repetitive Finance activities\nYour profile\nUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable field\nProfessional experience in Finance Operations, Controlling, Finance systems, public funding or a related area\nStrong affinity for processes, systems and automation\nExperience administering public grants or publicly funded R&D projects is beneficial\nStrong Excel skills and high data literacy\nAbility to understand detailed administrative requirements while maintaining an overall process perspective\nStructured, proactive and highly independent working style\nStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments\nVery good German and good English
