We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.\nCreating passion: your responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end solution architecture for the Supply Chain Execution domain within Liebherr's global SAP S/4HANA template, ensuring consistency, scalability, and business value.\nDesign and govern global template solutions across Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management (excluding SAP EWM), Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Remanufacturing, and Limited Manufacturing.\nTranslate complex business requirements into standardized SAP solutions while promoting harmonization, simplification, SAP best practices, and Clean Core principles.\nDesign and govern the integration of Supply Chain Execution processes with Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Service Management, Finance, Extended Warehouse Management, Transportation, and external logistics solutions.\nLead Fit-to-Template workshops, architecture discussions, and solution design activities with business stakeholders across multiple countries and divisions.\nAct as a trusted advisor throughout all project phases: design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.\nPromote standardized logistics execution and inventory management processes while maximizing the use of SAP standard capabilities and supporting the continuous evolution of Liebherr's global template.\nSupport the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nCollaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.\nContributing your strengths: your qualifications\n7+ years of SAP experience, including significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Execution processes.\nProven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant in international SAP programs or template-based rollouts.\nDeep expertise in several of the following SAP domains: Inventory Management (IM); Logistics Execution (LE); Warehouse Management (WM); Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance (EAM / PM); Quality Management (QM); Remanufacturing and Limited Manufacturing.\nStrong understanding of the integration between Supply Chain Execution processes and Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Service Management, Finance, Transportation, and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).\nExperience designing global templates across multiple countries and legal entities.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and business value.\nFamiliar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nFluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.\nA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.\nTravel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.\nOur commitment to you: your benefits\nAt Liebherr, we believe people are at the heart of our success.
