passion: your responsibilities\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nPreparation, validation, and optimization of PCB manufacturing data for SMT production.\nCreate, maintain, and optimize machine programs for Pick & Place, AOI, SPI, and related manufacturing equipment.\nManage and validate manufacturing data packages including Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Component Placement List (CPL).\nAnalyze PCB design data and ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) compliance.\nCoordinate with PCB Design, Production Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for seamless product realization.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, prototype builds, and product industrialization processes.\nTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing, programming, and assembly-related issues to improve production efficiency.\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing engineering databases, libraries, and machine setup documentation.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, manufacturing data quality, process optimization, and automation workflows.\nMaintain and enhance manufacturing engineering tools such as Siemens Valor and other MES/CAM-related applications.\nSupport capacity planning, production scheduling, and process standardization activities.\nEnsure compliance with company quality standards, IPC requirements, and manufacturing best practices.\nHeadline Contributing your strengths: your qualifications\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with Siemens Valor Process Preparation, Valor NPI, or similar PCB manufacturing engineering tools.\nStrong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes including solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place, reflow soldering, and AOI inspection.\nKnowledge of PCB manufacturing data formats such as Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, BOM, Centroid/CPL, and fabrication drawings.\nExperience in creating and optimizing machine programs for SMT equipment.\nWorking knowledge of PCB design tools such as Xpedition, Altium Designer, PADS, OrCAD, or KiCad.\nAbility to perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.\nFamiliarity with CAM tools such as CAM350, Valor, GerbTool, or equivalent platforms.\nKnowledge of IPC standards including IPC-A-610, IPC-7351, IPC-2221, IPC-2581, and IPC-6012.\nExperience with ERP/PLM systems such as SAP, Windchill, or Enovia will be an added advantage.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing process documentation, work instructions, and engineering change management.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while coordinating with global and cross-functional teams.\nGood organizational and documentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet production timelines.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.\nQualification and Education Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline).\nExperience:\n5-8 years of experience in PCB Manufacturing Industry, SMT Production Planning, PCB Data Preparation, or related functions.\nHands-on experience with Siemens Valor and SMT programming environments preferred.\nExperience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or PCB assembly industry will be an added advantage.\nPeferred Skills / Special Skills:\nExposure to NPI, DFM/DFA, and industrialization
