Ensuring that all financial practices are within the framework for regulatory compliance whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times and working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.\nYour Responsibilities\nSupporting Financial Management with corporate tax, VAT and all Liebherr International and statutory reporting\nReporting monthly Profit and Loss and Balance sheet information to the Liebherr Group (KON)\nMonitoring and control of Treasury, including analysis of incoming and outgoing payments, planned payments and bank reconciliation\nEnsuring foreign exchange risk is managed through the use of hedging\nReviewing and monitors foreign exchange outcomes\nProducing monthly rolling and long-term cash flow forecasts in line with Liebherr International deadlines\nEnsuring that all financial transactions are recorded in line with Liebherr International policy and IFRS\nReconciling allocated balance sheet accounts accurately on a monthly basis\nAssisting with the internal and external audit process, providing information in a timely manner\nManaging and maintains the fixed asset register, including all acquisitions and disposals\nProducing, processing and monitoring the Liebherr Investment Process (LIP)\nEnsuring submission of Office for National Statistics (ONS) data is completed in accordance with set deadlines\nAssisting Financial Management with the maintenance and development of the company Internal Controls System (IKS)\nEnsuring completion of Transfer Pricing in line with Liebherr International policy and structure\nProviding assistance and support to other Liebherr-Great Britain accounting and administration employees\nBuilding effective relationships with both Liebherr-Great Britain employees and affiliated companies, including the parent company, supporting the company objectives through the timely delivery of reports and associated information\nMaintaining a reputable reputation by ensuring that all financial matters are legally compliant\nSupporting other employees in the business to ensure that Liebherr-Great Britain achieves its targets\nProviding management information to facilitate informed business decisions\nAlerting senior management to any issues / errors discovered in a timely manner\nIdentifying any improvements to systems that are required and communicate them to senior management with suggested solutions\nYour Profile\nThe successful candidate will require the following:\nExperience in a similar financial accounting role for a minimum of 3 years\nAAT Level 4 Qualification or equivalent\nAbility to use excel at intermediate to high level (to include look ups and pivot tables).\nAble to demonstrate ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.\nExperienced with accounting software.\nWhat we are offering\nThe opportunity to work with an industry-leading manufacturer.\nSecure and progressive work environment.\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\nTraining and personal development\nHave we awoken your interest?
