Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Duties:\nResponds to internal Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s) related to the supply of Liebherr’s mining products.\nRequests labor and supply quotations from key suppliers to support Liebherr’s MARC, cost cap, and commercial proposals.\nAssists with the administration of existing contracts including the monthly calculation of Key\nPerformance Indicators (KPI’s) to determine compliance with contractual obligations.\nAssists with the development of Authorization To Manufacture (ATMs) which define the equipment specifications that fulfill customer requirements\nOrganizes the Authorization To Manufacture (ATM) review and approval process.\nCreates and manages demand for direct ship purchased material in accordance with contractual requirements.\nOrganizes and ensures timely and accurate invoices in accordance with contractual terms.\nAssists with stock cube management of finished goods.\nMaintains key documents such as the Price List, Project List, Sales Forecast, standard offer forms, and performance guarantee documents.\nAssists the Sales Administration and Quality Assurance departments with implementation activities involving ISO 9001.\nActs as the Business Management System Key User.\nAdministers the Sales SharePoint Site.\nLiaises with Accounting and Controlling for Cash flow and Sales Forecast Budgeting.\nActs as the Internal Controls (ICS) representative for Sales.\nConducts annual ICS reviews, recommends process changes in accordance with internal control requirements, and participates in ICS audits as required.\nResponsibilities\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University in a Business related discipline with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nContract administration experience, preferably in heavy equipment, OEM, or industrial manufacturing.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel required).\nAdditional Requirements:\nTravel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.\nAbility to obtain and maintain valid driver’s license and passport.\nOur Offer\nPay Range: $72,000-$82,000/yr\nAn interesting and ambitious role in a successful international company.
