The Electrical Control System Technician fabricates, electrical/ mechanical prototypes and pilot run assemblies, defines standards for programming and electrical/ mechanical interfaces and may train production team on implementation of standards. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Duties:\nWork with Product/Software Design engineering for mechanical and electrical projects to support in the development and advancement of Liebherr concrete technology.\nFabricate prototypes, pilot runs of electrical/mechanical prototypes for testing and product development/ robustness solutions\nConduct time studies, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve products and manufacturing flow.\nDesign and build custom tools and devices to improve production processes and support daily operations.\nIdentify, evaluate, and specify appropriate tools, equipment, and technologies to improve task execution in the production environment.\nOversee the fabrication, testing, and implementation of new procedures to ensure compliance.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production to troubleshoot design or manufacturing issues and propose actionable solutions.\nSupport engineering changes and participate in the implementation of design revisions into production.\nEvaluate new components and suppliers for suitability and cost-effectiveness within design specifications.\nInterpret and update technical drawings, wiring schematics, and 3D models to assist in accurate assembly and modification.\nProgram a variety of devices, create standards for parameterization\nSupport and train production personnel to ensure finished good execution\nProvide on-site or remote technical assistance to troubleshoot, repair, or adjust equipment.\nPerform on-site or in-house equipment assembly, upgrades, and modifications as directed by supervisor/ engineering team\nOperate equipment to troubleshoot machine problems and evaluate correctness and completeness of repairs.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of LMT’s workshop and warehouse areas.\nHandle and properly dispose of hazardous wastes, such as oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, parts cleaning solvents, and similar materials.\nComplete and submit all required reports and documentation correctly and in a timely manner.\nCompetencies\nEducation and Experience:\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, a minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training in repair and maintenance of construction equipment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAdditional Requirements:\nEmployee may be required to work occasional overtime.\nOur Offer\nPay Range:$39.13-$49.69/hour\nAn interesting and ambitious role in a successful international company.
