The Learning and Development Coordinator will have a strong background in working with learning management\nsystems, as well as an understanding of adult learning theories and a working knowledge of instructional design methodologies to deliver effective solutions in\na variety of formats. The role will support the development and implementation of strategies for program initiatives and ensure the successful implementation\nof all aspects of Learning and Developments programs and services.\nResponsibilities\nResearchs, designs, develops, and delivers learning plans modules and manuals. \nConducts needs analysis, surveys, and assessments to determine learning and development needs and areas requiring support. \nImplements appropriate tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepares summary reports on participant feedback and makes recommendations oradjustments as required to the Manager of Learning and Development. \n\nDevelops, maintains, and reports on training and certification activities for all employees. \nConducts audits of employee training status and certificates and provides updates to the Manager of Learning and Development. \nDevelops, implements, and reviews learning, development, and related policies, processes, and practices. \nOversees the maintenance of employee and program training files to ensure compliance with legislated documentation requirements as needed. \nCoordiante, maintain, and prepare course schedules, attendance sheets, records, and all necessary course logistics. \nAdministrator of the Learning Management Systems. \nCurates the Learning Management System content library and course curriculum's.
