This may include leadership programs, mentoring, 360-degree feedback, coaching, short-form learning and other initiatives that support learning in the flow of work.\nWorking closely with the People Experience team, leaders and subject matter experts, the role ensures learning is relevant, accessible and translated into sustained capability and behaviour change.\nResponsiblities:\nFacilitate engaging leadership, professional capability, compliance and induction programs.\nDeliver face-to-face, virtual and blended learning across Australia and New Zealand.\nAdapt learning content and facilitation approaches for frontline, trade, technical, professional and leadership audiences.\nDesign and refresh practical learning solutions aligned to business capability needs.\nDevelop facilitator guides, participant resources, microlearning, short videos, job aids and virtual learning sessions.\nFacilitate leadership development programs that build practical and consistent leadership behaviours.\nSupport 360-degree feedback, coaching, mentoring and development planning.\nPartner with leaders and subject matter experts to improve learning transfer and sustained behaviour change.\nEvaluate learning effectiveness, analyse feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport learning platforms and LMS activities, including content publishing, enrolments and completions.\nStay across emerging L&D trends, tools and contemporary learning practices.\nSkills & Experience:\nYou’re an experienced L&D professional and confident facilitator who can quickly build credibility with a wide range of audiences.\nYou understand that facilitating learning for a frontline or site-based team can look very different to working with corporate professionals or senior leaders, and you’re comfortable adjusting your style accordingly.\nYou’ll bring:\nRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.\nDemonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership and professional capability programs.\nExperience working within a complex corporate or operational environment.\nStrong face-to-face, Microsoft Teams and blended facilitation capability.\nConfidence engaging frontline, trade and technical teams through to senior leaders.\nStrong knowledge of advanced facilitation and group dynamics.\nExperience in instructional and learning experience design.\nDemonstrated coaching, mentoring and learning-transfer experience.\nExperience evaluating learning outcomes and using feedback to improve programs.\nFlexibility to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.\nHighly regarded\nCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent facilitation qualification.\nAccreditation in 360-degree feedback, leadership development or similar assessment tools.\nFormal coaching qualification or recognised coaching accreditation.\nDigital learning design or eLearning authoring experience.\nOur Offer:\nOur Offer:\nAt Liebherr, we value your well-being.
