Reporting to the Senior People Partner you'll embed best-practice people and capability frameworks and provide practical, commercially focused advice that has real impact across the business.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with leaders to deliver pragmatic HR, IR, performance and capability advice.\n\nLead employee relations matters including investigations, performance and compliance.\n\nDrive workforce planning, talent management, and succession outcomes.\n\nEmbed consistent performance management and annual review processes.\n\nSupport organisational change, design, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and influence leaders to deliver people outcomes.\n\nSkills & Experience:\nTertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (preferred).\n\nDemonstrated experience in People Partnering advising and supporting a predominantly blue-collar workforce.\n\nStrong understanding of Australian HR, IR, HSE and Workers Compensation legislation.\n\nProven ability to analyse data, generate insights, and support workforce planning decisions.\n\nWell-developed stakeholder engagement, coaching, and presentation skills.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, reporting, and HR processes.\n\nOur Offer:\nAt Liebherr, we value your well-being.
