Though the company's 20-hectare head office complex is based in Adelaide, Australia, the commitment to, and support of, New Zealand customers is unwavering.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Tower Cranes division, based in Unanderra, Sydney.\nThis is an opportunity for a hands-on industry professional who brings together technical rigging knowledge, strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering successful project outcomes.\nReporting to the Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the leadership, management and coordination of allocated projects, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and approved plans.\nWorking closely with customers, build crews, technical support teams and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in coordinating project delivery and supporting the continued success of Liebherr's Tower Crane operations.\nSkills & Experience:\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, manage and coordinate allocated projects from planning through to successful execution.\n\nEnsure project milestones, specifications, quality standards and deliverables are achieved.\n\nCoordinate activities between the Liebherr factory, build crews, technical teams, field support and relevant stakeholders.\n\nDevelop and monitor project schedules, resources and reporting requirements.\n\nSupport new product introductions and the development of Standard Action Documentation and Local Options.\n\nManage subcontractor compliance and performance.\n\nIdentify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.\n\nMaintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and effective communication.\n\nEnsure project teams remain informed of progress, priorities and operational requirements.\n\nChampion Liebherr's Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environmental standards.\n\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement across project delivery and operational processes.\n\nAbout You\nYou will be a capable leader with practical industry experience, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a technically demanding environment.\nTo be successful, you will bring:\nHigh Risk Work Licences - DG, RB and RI.\n\nCurrent Working at Heights certification.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading and coordinating teams.\n\nStrong customer relationship management experience.\n\nSound project planning, scheduling and resource allocation capabilities.\n\nAbility to manage subcontractors and maintain compliance requirements.\n\nStrong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.\n\nA proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement.\n\nIntermediate computer literacy and project management software skills.\n\nThe following would be highly regarded:\nPrevious experience working with Liebherr Tower Crane equipment.\n\nCertificate IV in Leadership and Management.\n\nAdditional High Risk Work Licences - LF, EWP or RA.\n\nCertificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Fabrication).\n\nOur Offer:\nHave we awoken your interest?
