Conducts classes regarding safety, maintenance, and repair of machine and equipment.\nYour responsibilities\nPrepare and conduct technical training programs\nProduce training schedules and classroom agenda\nPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc) \nPerform training, both for Internal and Customer Technician- Internal, As per defined curriculum, based on Technician level\n- Customer, All mining excavator machine product knowledge Level 1&2 \n\nKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc\nObserve and evaluate results of training conducted\nMotivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts\nProvide assistance to LEC technical & operator trainers conducting customer training programs\nProvide technical assistance to field service personnel\nAssist in the evaluation of prospective employees and do the technical assessment as a justification to have promotion\nComply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices\nYour qualifications\nPreferably a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electrical Engineering\nMinimum 1 year of work experience as Technical Trainer or 5 years of work experience in the heavy equipment maintenance field as Mechanic or Electrician\nTrain of Trainer Level 3 (BNSP) or ability to obtain\nBasic Mechanic Course certificate or similar\nExperience on maintaining Liebherr Excavator is an advantage\nProficiency in MS Office\nKnowledge on utilizing modern AI tools will be an advantage\nGood English verbal and written communication skill\nProactive, Team player \nOur offer\nAt Liebherr, you can expect a challenging, interesting area of work in an internationally successfull group of companies.
