Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Job Duties:\nMaintains and assures proper use of the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) systems for the transaction of sales, purchase receipt, shipping and re-distribution requirements.\nAnalyzes warehouse workload to estimate worker hours and creates schedules that meet both internal and external needs for Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping and our Dealers. \nInterfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.\nDevelops, recommends, and implements measures to improve employee efficiency, equipment performance, and quality of services.\nAbility to adapt warehouse processes and configuration to evolving product line and technology (WMS).\nFoster a positive, high performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nSafety and Compliance:\nPromote and maintain a strong safety culture in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.\nConduct regular safety audits, investigations, and corrective action reviews.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, environmental requirements, and regulatory standards.\nLead emergency preparedness and warehouse risk management activities.\nEnsure contractor and visitor compliance with company safety standards while operating within warehouse facilities.\nInventory Control:\nOversees inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, root-cause analysis of variances, and implementation of corrective actions.\nAssures the accuracy and quality of information on warehouse documents.\nManages proper documentation for all inventory adjustments.\nDirectly responsible for the accuracy of parts inventory in the warehouse.\nOperational Leadership\nWorks with the Warehouse Operations Supervisors to balance the workflow on a daily basis.\nAssures the proficiency and proper training of all warehouse operations employees \nKnowledgeable in 6S methodology (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)\nKnowledge of INCOTERMS / ability to generate shipping documentation (Colli List / BOL).\nCost and Performance Management:\nManage warehouse operating expenses and labor budgets \nLeading continuous inventory cycle counting and annual sample inventory counts.\nMonitor productivity and cost performance against targets \nIdentify and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities while maintaining service quality.\nEstablish, monitor, and report warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, labor utilization, and safety performance.\nDevelop corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives to address performance gaps and ensure operational targets are achieved.\nSupervisory Duties:\nManages Direct Reports 4+. \nResponsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Warehouse Operations team. \nCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. \nResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nCompetencies\nEducation and Experience:\nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of warehouse or distribution center experience or a combination of education and experience equivalent to 8 or more years. \nAt least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.\nAdditional Requirements:\nTravel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nPreferred:\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications.\nERP/WMS experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, NetSuite).\nForklift certification or working knowledge of powered industrial equipment.\nKnowledge of OSHA and DOT compliance standards.\nOur Offer\nPay Range: $81,000.00 - $111,000.00\nAn interesting and ambitious role in a successful international company.
