provide ongoing coaching, development, performance feedback, and corrective action as required.\nFoster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment through effective leadership, clear communication, and employee engagement.\nOversee inventory management and control in the ERP/inventory system, coordinating cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, authorizing adjustments, and implementing corrective actions to maintain accuracy and minimize losses.\nReview warehouse processes, systems, and space utilization;
