In doing so, the role, reporting to the Training Manager, will ensure that courses will be offered in line with customer demands and changes in standards and legislation whilst working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.\nYour Responsibilities as an Operator Trainer\nCarry out familiarisation training on Liebherr mobile and crawler cranes\nCarry out training for several courses including Appointed Person, Mobile Crane and Slinger / Signaller in UK and overseas according to demand\nComplete CPCS testing and marking test papers\nComplete NVQ assessments and paperwork\nProvide demonstrations of cranes for customers\nCarry out Lifting equipment examinations at Liebherr GB locations\nAttend trade shows and functions to promote Liebherr Training Services\nAttend CPD events to improve training skills\nSupport Sales and After Sales for Liebherr Mobile Crawler Crane products\nPrepare lesson plans and develop courses\nTo be successful in the Operator Trainer role\nThe successful candidate will require the following:\nSatisfactory completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a related industry to NVQ level 2\nCPCS card with mobile crane category for at least 5 years\nGCSE passes grades A-C (9-4) in Mathematics and English\nCPCS tester and trainer card would be an advantage\nSmart and well presented\nProject the correct image of the company\nTeam player\nGood communicator at all levels\nFlexible approach to work\nStrong customer service ethic with a positive and pro-active approach\nTo be able to travel UK, Ireland and overseas as required\nOur Offer\nThe opportunity to work with the industry-leading manufacturer .\nSecure and progressive work environment.\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\nTraining and personal development\nHave we awoken your interest?
