Experience in an engineering environment is\npreferred but not required. PMP Certification or international equivalent is highly desired but not\nrequired.\nProject Manager Level 3:\nBachelor of Science Degree (BS) from a four-year college or university in engineering field or a related\nfield and 2 to 4 years of project management experience in the mining industry, 5 to 8 years of project\nmanagement experience overall. Experience with projects spanning multiple business units, continents,\nand time zones.
