You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide.\nCreating passion: your responsibilities\nDrive the successful implementation of SAP CO within our global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.\nTranslate complex business requirements into robust SAP CO solutions (including configuration and customization), with a focus on cost controlling, product costing, profit center accounting, cost center accounting and internal orders.\nAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.\nFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.\nContribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions.\nSupport the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nCollaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.\nTravel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments. \nContributing your strengths: your qualifications\n3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP CO consultant, with hands-on exposure to international SAP deployments.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.\nProven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling implementations, ideally in large-scale, industrial manufacturing, multinational environments with Controlling business models.\nStrong process knowledge in cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, internal orders and their integration points with SD, MM, FI, etc, and non-SAP solutions.\nKnowledge of SAP RAR (revenue accounting and recognition) is a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.\nFamiliar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nFluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.\nA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.\nWillingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.\nSAP S/4HANA Controlling certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.\nOur commitment to you: your benefits\nAt Liebherr, we believe people are at the heart of our success.
