You will act as the interface between business users and IT, supporting day-to-day MDG operations, resolving issues, and ensuring that data governance processes are consistently applied and optimized.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale S/4HANA transformation environment and play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards across Liebherr’s global operations.\nThe working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.\nCreating passion: your responsibilities\nSupport the day-to-day operations of SAP MDG, ensuring smooth execution of master data processes and workflows.\nAct as the interface between business MDM teams and IT, supporting users and resolving operational issues.\nMonitor and manage MDG workflows and change requests, ensuring timely processing and high data quality.\nAnalyze and resolve data and system issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed. \nSupport business users in data creation, maintenance, and governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of MDG processes, enhancing efficiency and usability.\nSupport testing activities and minor enhancements, ensuring stability of MDG solutions.\nMaintain proper documentation of processes and issues, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and functional teams to ensure alignment between operations and design.\nContributing your strengths: your qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in SAP consulting or support roles, with exposure to Master Data Management and SAP MDG.\nBasic to solid understanding of SAP MDG processes, particularly Business Partner and/or Material master data.\nExperience supporting business users in operational environments, including issue resolution and process support.\nUnderstanding of data governance principles and data quality management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.\nGood communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical teams.\nStructured, reliable, and service-oriented working style.\nExperience working in international and cross-functional environments is a plus.\nFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Spanish or German) are an advantage.\nOur commitment to you: your benefits\nAt Liebherr, we believe people are at the heart of our success.
