Drive service performance. Be the key link between our customers, technicians and operations.\nLiebherr Australia is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Mobile Cranes team.\nThis is more than a traditional Service Coordinator position. You will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day service operation across the region, taking ownership of workflow, customer requirements, technician allocation, crane movements, WIP and overall service delivery.\nWorking closely with the Service Manager and wider Mobile Cranes team, you will be a central point of contact for customers and technicians and will help ensure our service operations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.\nWhat you'll be responsible for\nTake ownership of scheduling and coordinating service activities across workshop and field operations.\nAct as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate technician resources, parts, tooling and equipment to meet customer and operational priorities.\nManage the movement and arrival of cranes and components, ensuring everything is coordinated in the correct sequence to support build and delivery requirements.\nTake ownership of Work in Progress (WIP), including opening and closing jobs, job costing, quotations and ensuring work is progressed and finalised within required timeframes.\nMonitor and maintain the graphical planner and MMS to ensure accurate visibility of current and upcoming work.\nCoordinate warranty, modification and service work.\nProvide clear operational reporting and identify potential issues before they impact customers or service delivery.\nProvide guidance and direction to members of the service team and help maintain an efficient workflow across the department.\nWork closely with Sales, Parts, Payroll, Administration, suppliers and contractors to ensure a seamless service operation.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to improving service processes and performance.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure work is completed in accordance with HSE, quality and legislative requirements.\nAbout You\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're looking for someone who firstly is HIGHLY ORGANISED, can take ownership, make decisions and confidently coordinate a complex service operation.\nYou will ideally have:\nLiebherr experience and Mobile Crane experience\nPrevious experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Workshop Coordinator, Service Planner or similar operational role.\nExperience working within a heavy equipment, mobile plant, crane, automotive, mining, transport or related technical environment.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nStrong commercial awareness and experience managing WIP, job costing or service administration.\nThe confidence to coordinate technicians and resources and keep work moving.\nHigh attention to detail and strong computer skills.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, managers and other stakeholders.\nA proactive approach to identifying problems and finding practical solutions.\nA recognised trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics would be highly regarded, as would a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.\nOur Offer\nHave we awoken your interest?
