Reporting to the National Training Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery and administration of technical training programs across Australia and New Zealand. This position is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate training schedules, class bookings, and learning program allocations\nManage training records, assessments, and learning data within TrainingHub\nOrganise travel, accommodation, and logistics for trainers and trainees\nRaise sales orders, process quotes, receipting, and purchasing activities\nCoordinate training room setup, catering, certificates, and facility requirements\nGenerate utilisation, compliance, effectiveness, and feedback reports\nMaintain accurate databases, filing systems, and administrative processes\nLiaise with internal stakeholders, RTOs, TAFEs, and external training providers\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across training operations initiatives and administrative efficiencies\nSkills & Experience\nMinimum 5 years' experience within a Training, Learning & Development, or Training Administration environment\nExceptional organisational and time management skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nDemonstrated experience coordinating training schedules and maintaining training records\nA proactive and customer-focused approach\nHighly Regarded\nCertificate IV in Business Administration\nExperience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)\nExposure to ERP systems\nKnowledge of technical training environments or heavy industry\nPower BI reporting experience (desirable not essential)\nOur Offer\nAt Liebherr, we value your well-being.
