Have a look at the specific job requirements listed below:\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDelivers packages, flowers, prescriptions, etc., to residents’ apartments and other departments.\nAssists residents and guests arriving and departing from the Community.\nServe as back-up for the receptionist as necessary. \nParks and retrieves resident & visitor vehicles upon request.\nPerforms other services for residents upon request.\nPerforms clerical tasks including making photocopies, sending fax, etc.\nEffectively exhibiting the Hospitality Promises, which is the blueprint for “The Blakehurst Way.”\nQualifications:\nAbility to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively, handle a multitude of tasks at one time, and provide a customer service attitude at all times.\nTyping and experience with computers and other business machines required.\nAbility to move 25 - 40 pounds.\nMust have a valid driver’s license.\n BE READY TO WORK WITH A SMILE!!!\nAll new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
